Hmm I'm not a C/C++ developer and was barely able to get this thing compiling on linux. Not sure I have the ability to make the changes to get this compiling on windows. If you're able to get it to work (or anyone else for that matter) please do a pull request. From the sounds of it you have a good idea of why its failing, could you attempt fixing/debugging to see if you can get it to work?

pull the github for multi-hashing and place it in the folder. see if you can get any farther than me. currently i am stuck at
Error: Could not locate the bindings file. Tried:
→ C:\nomp\node_modules\multi-hashing\build\multihashing.node

I have problems too compiling that in Windows with Visual Studio. I've been able to compile from a Linux machine. Don't know if I can compile it from Linux to Windows... but i can't run many programs due to that dependancy.
