Hi Kelvin, thanks for your reply. I'm aligning TCR for a set of T cells.
"the locus have the specified manually otherwise the default is IG (BCR)." --> I did not specified anything other than the default command, I guess that caused the problem.

Hi @hieunguyen411 thanks for your interest. Can i ask what type fo organ/tissue are you working on? And are you aligning TCR/BCR? the locus have the specified manually otherwise the default is IG (BCR).
