we identified the issue in the @matterlabs/hardhat-zksync-verify package, and it's being solved in the latest release.

I already found a workaround myself.
This was to report the issue with zcsolc 1.4.0 as suggested in a separate chat in Discord, to allow the dev team to fix it.
