I'm guessing that if I used this tool to help produce a video that the "source form" would be the video project files?

The wording does seem a bit off (though I'm not actually very familiar with this aspect of the project) and we might revise the license to make it more clear upon release.

Personally, I believe the part you're referring to is meant for the source code of our project, that is if you make changes to our source and redistribute it, all licenses contained here should also be distributed along with yours. Again this is my personal take and it does not and will not represent the legal meaning of the license itself.

Aye, licencing is a nightmare so I'll not take you're comment as legal advice so no worries there. :)

Keeping the copyright notices with source code is what I was thinking too, will wait for an update and figure it all out then.
