That was a very long way to tell me that ImportTexturepackActivity is missing in the manifest. I will try to fix this for 1.6.8.

I think I did this because free wasn't supposed to load texture packs back when you made the import activity, but since then, I've added texture pack support to Free for loading original textures, so I can now add this.
I think this is fixed in zhuowei/MCPELauncher-app@769ae75
