On a Python 3.7 or 3.8 venv - failed to import about openseespy HOT 13 CLOSED

@daalgi could you try to install with python -m pip install openseespy? I am using openseespy on a python 3.8 virtual env on python 3.7 install and it works fine.

multiple python versions in the system: 3.6.8, 3.7.9, 3.8.5

How is your python installed, through anaconda or python.org's installer

I downloaded the python.org installer. It shows the same errors for me. I don't know why it fails for that but works for anaconda. I will take more tests.
