Setup a realistic demo example about graphql-codegen-factories HOT 4 CLOSED

I was thinking about replacing the example in packages/demo with a simple app. This way it can refer to the current work-in-progress version that's in the repository for "integration testing".

With that being said, it would be cool to list examples outside of the repository as well. Would it be ok to add yummy-recipes/yummy for instance?

@zhouzi feel free to add the yummy project on the list 👍 The gatsby sub-project blog already adopted the beta.2 version and I will be updating it with newer versions.

I have been thinking about a small app that would showcase the use cases for this plugin but it would be too much work for little result. I finally chose to stick with the previous approach of having multiple examples. I will probably add more of them.
