bots' stats is wrong about mod-playerbots HOT 3 OPEN

Delete all bots and restart the server, these errors pop up
The bots' stat seems right, the talent points didn't place

Thank you for report these issues. There is a fix in the work for playerbot requiring relog to update gear stats - I will push it up soon! I will investigate talent issue when possible.
