Fixed by creating a new conda env then install dependence in this way.

conda install cudatoolkit=10.1

pip install numpy scipy matplotlib tensorboard open3d==0.9.0 opencv-python

Hi, The reported problem is from torch_sparse, so better to first make pytorch_geometric work properly. Did you install the same versions as mine?

I have the same issue. Created & installed dependencies according to readme.
