Hi @visuary,
In theory, MFA should not be a problem. Unless I'm terribly wrong, UseWebLogin switch supports MFA.
Maybe you could give it a try using a combination of -SPOManagementShell -ClearTokenCache? Like so:
Connect-PnPOnline -Url $SiteURL -SPOManagementShell -ClearTokenCache

I was able to login on a different PC, it may have had something to do with opening as admin as well.
Separate issue: When I tried to migrate lists for 2 different PowerApps connected to different sites, I received an Invalid field error on both attempts. I migrated the lists using ShareGate and then ran the scripts again w/o the migrate list option and it did work.

@visuary I see. The migration of lists isn't very reliable. There could be all sorts of errors, unfortunately. Do you possibly know what that "invalid field error" is about? Did you save an error message by any chance? I am guessing the error message wasn't very clear or helpful?
