Your link plays fine for me, do you have some browser extension that blocks the JavaScript or something?

The playback works, but the initial enabling seems to be broken.

Right, I see that now. This appears to be because your setup doesn't include the "referer" field in the HTTP header, which is used to redirect the client back to the same page. I don't think there's much I can do about that, but I will make it fall back to the main page when the field is empty

I dont have referer enabled due to privacy reasons. Invidious puts the referer in the URL, would that be possible?

Alright, I've made it so it's all done via hidden input fields rather than the referer header field. Let me know if this fixes the problem for you.
