“Failed to add source” when adding some repos about zebra HOT 3 OPEN

There are some issues adding repos hosted on GitHub on iOS 9-10 currently. Can you load those repo urls in Safari? Also try adding /Release on the end of the url and see if you can access that, eg https://repo.chariz.com/Release.
