Also, can someone tell me which addition DLL files should I add and does opencv necessary.

You also need to download the model file as described in the README:

I seem to have the same issue. Get the error 'Invalid MEX-file
'C:\Data\study\New_subjects\Biometrics\Project\find_face_landmarks-1.2-x64-vc14-release\find_face_landmarks-1.2-x64-vc14-release\interfaces\matlab\find_face_landmarks.mexw64':
The specified module could not be found.' The file is however clearly there at that path. I added find_face_landmarks/bin to path and find_face_landmarks/interfaces/Matlab to Matlab's path and am using matlab version R2019b and windows 10.
I then installed R2015a and everything works fine. So for anyone having the same issue, just install R2015a version.
