Front camera to dark about code-scanner HOT 3 CLOSED

I have some ideas about this, it should be fixed in next release. But I can't reproduce it on any of my test devices. This is probably related to second issue of #19

Hi Yuriy. We have inspected problem a little bit and found out that problem is with FPS. We have downloaded code on local and compiled it and set FPS at lowest possible value as this has solved our issue. Is it possible to add options for setting FPS rates?

In CodeScanner.java we have added part for setting fps range before passing parameters to cammera

camera.setParameters(parameters);
camera.setDisplayOrientation(orientation);

It would be useful if this can be included and also configurable through parameters of activity. For example, we need low fps when we are using front camera but higher when using back camera.

Hi, in 1.9.1 scanner will keep default frame rate range if min >= 10 and max <= 30. Please tell if it fixes the problem. Also, in 1.9.1 fixed some exposure bugs, probably it will help too.
