If you want to use cunet model, you need to install cudnn64_7.dll first.
Please read instruction on Release Page.

If you want to use cunet model, I'd recommend to use latest caffe bin. (follow the 2, 2-1 instruction)
EDIT: If you want to use previous version that included in waifu2x-snowshell, please add "-p cudnn" to CustomOption
