Looks to me like a broken file from twitch's side. You could try downloading with --fixup never --hls-use-mpegts (and no embedding), but probably the file will not be able to be properly played back in most media players.

Thank you I can open it using VLC and go through it. The end time is unknown. But the video is readable from start to finish.
