On Hyper-V (used by Docker Desktop), it seems like upper bound of VM can be changed without affecting content. Good thing!
I may try figure this out for Oracle VM (Docker Toolbox), or i just assume people have access to newer OS.

Let's say this is fixed... Hyper-V seems to be able to expand the allocation after I started using the virtual machine. So user can expand anytime when she needs it.
