AF is going to have individual work_XXX file at top level, and one main.ipynb. download all goes to top level downlods dir. I think there are good.
Still need to work on how raster got processed. Right now, raster data for the year for AF file got grabbed, and create a modXXX_YYYY directory, without telling spatial extent. I need at least have check to see if extent of raster covers fire (in application one may want to just run AF without downloading raster, reusing the one in database)

I close this for now, i am still not happy with MODIS raster. cannot incrementally enlarge extent, manage different geographic regions. But these things makes it complicated and maybe i should stop here. force use to stick to one geographic region (e.g. use North America once, and all her analysis is in North America) or get global raster once and hold on to it.
