There are several things to be done:
If srm value is not offered then average out the beer srm values between "srmMin and srmMax" and use that calculation to pull the beerQuiz match compare function to the SRM table and select the closest match (round up if necessary).
pull value abv
pull value ibuMin ibuMax and Average them for comparison.
Pull beer status Verified? If not some kind of disclaimer in the quiz compare. " *This beer has not been verified so no worries on your quiz results... they could be right on or way off...who knows? Your a beer stud either way!"
