If you want to use this model on winodw 10, I want to recommend you to see TensorRT_EX repository (https://github.com/yester31/TensorRT_EX).
In this repository, I used the visual stutiod 17.
Sorry, I'm busy these days, so I can't review your cmake script in the near future.

I find that the reason for this problem is that the program can not find dynamic link libraries(dll files) of Tensorrt, so I copy these files into the executing director to dismiss this error and the following steps all work fine.
