in ubuntu 16.04, "sudo update-rc.d $OE_CONFIG defaults" Can not add Startup Items.
recommend change line 124.
echo '# Provides: $OE_CONFIG' >> ~/$OE_CONFIG
to
echo "# Provides: $OE_CONFIG" >> ~/$OE_CONFIG
