已解决。
IE中存在2个问题：
1是IE不支持Object.assign，加上相关Polyfill可以解决：

"babel-plugin-transform-object-assign"
]
2是即使设置 img.crossOrigin，在IE11以下canvas图片仍不能跨域的问题，
可以通过ajax获取图片blob，再使用FileReader转为dataURL显示。
但是IE9不支持FileReader，因此仅支持到IE10+
from jigsaw.
