I would guess that the content of the tabs is being rendered after clicking on a tab, so you would need to connected the validator to the HTML form element after the tab's content has been rendered.

If that's not the case then please provide a link to your page so I could examine the situation

I don't have online link to show case that example.

Yes! normally content of each tabs is rendered after clicking on tab link. But if there is a submit button (there is no previous/next buttons) outside tab div elements and clicking on Submit button should be validating hidden tab content as well.

Simple example is shown in another JS (http://formvalidation.io/examples/bootstrap-tab/). I was looking for something similar in this JS as well.

well, did you try biding the vaildator instance to the rendered form after each time a tab has been rendered?
