Разобрался откуда фантомные сообщение, теперь бы понять почему бот молчит... хотя сообщения отправляются

Не смог повторить ошибку на последней версии драйвера 1.7 (хост nginx, PHP 7.4). Тестировал с большим интервалом ожидания ответа в личных сообщениях, в беседах сообщества и в пользовательских беседах: "Timeout was reached" не получил.
Возможно, проблема заключается в параметре output_buffering в php.ini. Если он равняется off (output_buffering = off), то стоит поменять значение на on (output_buffering = on).
