WEBHOOK_URL 不需要带 BOT_TOKEN （https://github.com/y-young/nazurin/wiki/Configuration#webhook_url）

感谢，这个问题解决了。但是又出现了新的：配置了 Gallary channel, album channel 和 mega 备份后，第一、三项成功执行，但原图上传 album channel 似乎没有执行...
