add a Chinese documentation of react-flow about web HOT 2 CLOSED

this seems like a lot of work! Thanks for your efforts here. Unfortunately we don't have the possibility to switch languages in our docs (and I am not sure how much work it is to integrate it and if it would make sense for us). I will transfer this issue to the docs repo and discuss with the team what we can do about it.

After checking those links again, it feels like you just want to create another channel for your dooring app. If you want to help Chinese React Flow users to use our library, it would be helpful if you would link to the actual React Flow page. I can't find any link or words about the original library. I would appreciate if you would update your page and at least give some credits or anything.
