Does this happen every time you hit undo twice? Does it also crash when you're clicking on the undo entry in the menu (Edit -> Undo) instead of using Ctrl+Z? Does it also crash when you're clicking on the Undo button in the toolbar (you may not have such a button, depending on your toolbar configuration)?
Also, does it depend on the type of operations you undo (stroke, adding a page, removing a page, inserting text, ...)?

I pressed twice CTRL Z with my Gamon M10K PRO
Also, what does "with my Gamon M10K PRO" mean here? Have you configured some buttons of your tablet to emulate a Ctrl+Z? If so, is hitting Ctrl+Z on your keyboard also crashes the app?

I'm hitting a button in my tablet graphics then it did crash. I don't know
if using the keyboard instead would also crash since I didn't have a issue
yet
