recive.cpp about raspberry-remote HOT 6 CLOSED

Hey,

i tried to fix receive.cpp a while ago, no luck at that time. lately i didnt try anything. if its part of a new wiringpi release i might try to fix it not sure when i'll get to it though.

send.cpp is mostly what r10r did here: https://github.com/r10r/rcswitch-pi

I separate the receive part from the arduino library, just to be more easy to port it to raspberry pi. Instead to use the library, I made the recive part like a standard arduino script without any libraries
