This example demonstrates how to use Elektron Message API C++ (EMA C++) consuming data and re-publishing the data to ADH cache for loacal or internal publshing to Thomson Reuters Market Data system.

This example will demonstrate how we can retrieve ESG data from Elektron Data Platform (EDP). We will be using Python with EDP API to request ESG data on the Jupyter Notebook. The notebook allows the user to create and share documents that contain live code, narrative text, visualizations and we can also plot the graph on the notebook.

The utility was designed for decoding and displaying the value from RSSL XML Tracing log generated by RFA C++/.NET and EMA/ETA C/C++. The main purpose of the project is to create WPF GUI application to display data for MRN Real-Time News provided by RIC MRN_STORY. Anyway the core functionality of the application can be used to decode value of the field entry data inside XML element. Therefore it can use to open RSSL tracing log which contains data from other message model type such as Market Price, Market By Price and Market By Order. This utility should be able to help on troubleshooting data issue or confirm the Market Price data or MRN Real-Time news data that API send and receive from Provider Server or TREP component.

The utility is console application which was designed for decoding and converting XML Fragments inside RSSL Tracing log generated by RFA C++/.NET and EMA/ETA C/C++. It can decode Hex string inside fieldEntry to the actual value according to data type from data dictionary.

The .NET Core sample app use Intelligent Tagging REST API to analyze the input text from the MRN news story retrieved from deployed TREP server or ERT in cloud . It uses RDP.NET library to communicating and retrieving MRN News Story from the server. And then, extract the news body from the MRN JSON message and pass it to the Intelligent Tagging API to identify tags and relevant metadata.

This example demonstrates how to use .NET Core SDK with WPF to create a desktop application to retrieving and displaying MRN News Story from the WebSocket server on ADS 3.2.1 or higher version. The application use ClientWebSocket interface from .NET Core framework with JSON.NET library to create a Client WebSocket adapter library for communicating with WebSocket server on the ADS.
