Must have had some things missing as its working now after going through the code step by step in readme, this is what I did to get it working, it seems considerably quicker than roop
!pip uninstall numpy -y -q
!pip install --disable-pip-version-check --root-user-action=ignore ngrok numpy==1.24.3 onnxruntime-gpu gradio insightface==0.7.3 ffmpeg_python opencv_python -q --force
!git clone https://github.com/xaviviro/refacer.git
