查询了半天,发现github的延时长达几十分钟或者更久,甚至直接不执行.作者的代码是没有问题的, 定时器触发的时间尽量避开整点准时.

试运行了几天，github的action会有延迟，延迟1个小时多都可能，我再此基础上还增加了早安 午安 晚安 ，作者代码没有问题，非常棒

为啥我是几点部署action的，就几点调度，明明设置了8点
- cron: '0 8 * * *'
