Nested list functionality is available in FF AFAIK (trunk version).
I agree about the button being confusing. We should change the button depending on the context.

Actually, a check being made in 0.2.2 wasn't ported to 0.3: designMode generates blockquotes while using Indent and Outdent execCommand identifiers.
Indent and Outdent buttons must be used to manage nested lists, not to create blockquotes.
Fixed by r331.
