Update Deprecated Node Modules about wprig HOT 5 CLOSED

There is also a couple composer installs that need to be replaces/removed

Hello, @dthenley did you manage to fix the problem you had when installing?

I was not really running into any errors but warnings of deprecated node modules.

A lot of these out of date modules are downstream from Gulp. So until Gulp updates, it's out of our control. We would need to narrow down exactly which of these we have control over vs which ones we don't. Once we have that figured out, we can proceed with attempting to update the ones we can control that are not dependencies of other packages like the Gulp situation.

For right now I'm just going to close this because as Rob stated most of the deprecated node modules are downstream from from gulp and other vital dependancies.
