Resend Purchase Receipt is broken, doesn't send about wp-e-commerce HOT 2 CLOSED

Hmm, I do indeed see a WSOD when attempting to re-send purchase emails. Is that what you're seeing?

Also, let me know if you're able to replicate this in 3.8.9.3, or if this was introduced in 3.8.9.4 - if it was introduced in 3.8.9.4, it's a maintenance regression and should be resolved in 3.8.9.5. If it has always existed in the 3.8.9 branch - it's annoying, but shouldn't delay the release of 3.8.9.5 and we can probably push it to 3.8.10.

That said - I'm a bit on the fence for mile-stoning this - if I can work up a patch this weekend, it'd be nice to just squeeze it in to 3.8.9.5 - anytime we have a WSOD, that's embarrassing.

I don't get a WSOD with 3.8.9.4, it just refreshes the same Sale details screen without any notice acknowledgement.
