Kingdom DB query to identify Measurements that have an abnormal number of log entries:

It looks like all the instances we're seeing are for Measurement that are in a terminal state. The system should not allow MeasurementLogEntries to be added for Measurements that are in a terminal state.

Additionally, any changes to child resources of Measurement (e.g. Requisition, ComputationParticipant, MeasurementLogEntry) should probably update the UpdateTime of the Measurement.
