The short of it is that the configuration is stored in HKCU\Software\Workday\OpenFrame. We've locked down the addon to only explicitly listed sites with SkipGCFMetaDataCheck=1. The list is contained under RenderInGcfUrls
If you change SkipGCFMetaDataCheck to 0 then WOF will activate whenever X-UA-Compatible: chrome=1 comes through (follow the linked guide for more specifics).
