The above code should work (if m is unm.message as Message)

It is very similar to the example https://github.com/wiz0u/WTelegramClient/blob/master/Examples/Program_Heroku.cs
(except you're looking at from_id instead of peer_id)

Are you talking to users in private or catching their hello from a common chat ?
