Disclaimer: I have not used wrk yet. I currently follow the repo as a potential future user. Feel free to ignore me :)
It seems there is a way to access the 99.9 via a custom script, but I agree 50/95/99/99.9 would be useful. I think another useful visualization is a power of 2 histogram like that found in DTrace. This allows detection of multimodal latency distributions which can be an indication of cache misses among other things.

Hi @jmhodges & @rzezeski, the --latency option prints latency percentiles, and as @rzezeski noted the Lua scripting feature may be used to perform custom reporting.

The point of this issue was that the default behavior is confusing and, really, wrong for the vast majority of web services.
