You have not provided anything that can help you solving your issue. Send telegram error output (fire php artisan telebot:webhook --info) and your local app logs.

When I run php artisan telebot:webhook --info this is what I get:

This seems like your vendor packages not loaded correctly - TableCell is a Symphony class which used by Illuminate\Console which is Laravel thing. What PHP and Laravel version is configured on your production servers? Library supports only PHP - >=7.2, Laravel - >=5.5. You still have not provided your app logs. I won't ask you any issue related questions on every respond. Please debug your app first and then respond if something not works as it should.
