I am not sure what this publish would be about … DOM4 is a client/side library, pushed already in bower and without anything to do on the server/node side. Am I missing something?

Npm is not just for server side code! There are hundreds of client
side-only packages in npm. In addition if you use browserify, you just
require a package to the browser. Npm > Bower. ;)

not sure man … I mean, it's called Node Package Manager, there's nothing in DOM4 that is related to node.js, you know what I mean? Anyway, what do you think should I publish in npm ?
