Desktop app has no background-color set while loading, results in black flash. about replayweb.page HOT 6 OPEN

Going to hazard a guess that this is technically a dupe of #170

ReplayWeb.page needs a new attribute for adding a background-color to the page, this attribute should be on in the desktop app for the reasons shown here!

EDIT: Couldn't reproduce on Mac, might not be this.
