I think it might be better to just use the org id as the org name until it's reset? That logic is also assumed in #1870, though we could change it.
Currently we browse the archives by name, if there's multiple with the same name in the list it might get confusing.

Closing as wontfix, as we're keeping org name uniqueness but and auto-setting org names with numbered suffixes if there are multiple orgs that would otherwise have the same name
