I think that one of 4.0.0 dependencies is a bit buggy.

If my projects are wrong, please let me know why. I triple-checked, and when upgrading only the eslint-loader, the error appears, when switch back to 3.0.4, gone away. Every other dependency should be in latest release on this repository ^^

Adding include/exclude into tsconfig.json leads to no change, can't build with 4.0.0 while it's always perfect using 3.0.4..

It was not possible to share the repo, it is on my organization's internal git
