So my only thought on this is to listen to all page loads and detect when the error page is loaded. Then add a timer that does the retry after a certain amount of time.

Reading my initial sentiments, I think I just wanted to better explain what we are doing to the user.
Unlike stock Firefox, we must retry since Digital Signs might boot without a connection.
