Your configuration is not correct. Make sure your world-names are matching in the server-side configuration and the web-section as described here: https://github.com/FrozenCow/dynmap/wiki/Configuration-of-worlds
In the next version of Dynmap it'll show an error when this occurs.

Hmm, strange. Try to enter your world in Minecraft and place a block, see whether you see something like Activated 'world' in your log. If it is not, it might be that it doesn't match with the world-name that is supplied to CraftBukkit.

hmm,
I think I found the culprit!

All paths in this configuration file are relative to Dynmap's data-folder:

minecraft_server/plugins/dynmap/

That one seemed to cause it. after commenting that path, all works fine again! :)
No clue how it got uncommented though.......
