To clarify, is it the one where Websites in your screenshot above goes down below Software?

So, is the top image the After and the Bottom the before?

Because the top one with Software next to Websites looks cleaner and better?

In terms of structure, I believe you have categories (sections) and an article below each, right?
I've been making mine as a Master category and then sub-categories which have articles. Still need a good CSS to get that to work uniformly

Yes sorry the top is the after my css tweak and the bottom is the before.

Generally in my use there will be one top level category like Presentations or Courses with all the items below. The Videos is the odd one out with the sub categories although as the KB grows then I suspect Presentations will have sub categories.
