Currently only ID uniqueness is guaranteed, objects with the same name can be referenced by their ID in every command. We can try to enforce unique names, but there are issues such as invisible spaces, termination characters, special characters which may make the name "behave" like another one and the issue persists. Also, what if we run out of names generated by the rng name generator? The ID has more unique states than any system can handle so this isn't a problem.

Let's solve that issue by requiring the name to match the [a-z-_]* pattern
