Annoying popups when hosts not found about package_control HOT 8 CLOSED

This was addressed in commit (0fc2236), now package control just prints the errors to the console.

I know this is old, but somehow this change makes package control ignore rate limitation errors during package installation.

This is really annoying, because I just tried to install WordCount and was confused why I could not find it anywhere in sublime text 2 afterwards. The reason is that it is never installed, since package control just prints Package Control: Downloading https://nodeload.github.com/SublimeText/WordCount/zip/master was rate limited, trying again to the console and aborts installation without a message to the user.
