You should be able to set the http_proxy setting to:

http://username:[email protected]:port/

from package_control.

Thanks, that's really works. But storing my domain login and password in plain text is disturbing.
Is there any possibility to use OS credentials to login to proxy as it done in, for example, firefox and other browsers?

In the next version I'll add a special value "system" that will trigger the appropriate code that should try to use the system-wide settings for proxies

I just released version 1.2.10 (ccdc4bf) which will automatically pull your proxy settings from your system-wide settings. Simply leave the http_proxy and https_proxy settings in the Package Control settings blank.
