After investigating further, I think there're some problem with Warp and Gnome specifically. I tried to reset recursively the dconf settings at org.gnome.desktop.notifications and setup all config from the beginning. After resetting, the application subfolder and the application-children key is empty as its default value. Then I ran through the notification features setup process as stated in the Warp doc, and tried execute something like:

sleep 10
echo Hello world

went to dconf settings app, after the timeout, I could see dev-warp-warp inside application-children key, and a dep-warp-warp folder in application subfolder as well.

However, no notification was shown, and the dev-warp-warp didn't show up in the notifications setting either
